Tomer Pomeranz, our CEO, brings over 15 years of business management and capital markets experience to Summit.

Before joining us, he served as Chief Investment Officer at Scailex Corporation, an international investment company listed on NASDAQ and TASE. Tomer's expertise extends to financial advisory for both private and public companies, and he co-founded a private hedge fund, where he led strategic investments, acquisitions, equity financing, debt restructuring, and debt refinancing. He holds an MBA in finance from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Economics and Management from Ben Gurion University.

Ori represents the shareholder of Summit Properties in the US. He oversees operations across all asset classes and leads portfolio strategy, portfolio and property acquisitions, sales, and redevelopment initiatives.

Ori works closely with the CEO and US management to strengthen performance in marketing, leasing, and property management. Ori is a CPA with Big Four experience.

Denis Nezaj, our Chief Operating Officer leads and oversees the company's operational functions and strategic initiatives.

With a strong background in finance, accounting, and technology, he brings over five years of invaluable experience to his role. Before joining Summit, Denis served as the CFO at Kohan Retail Investment Group, where he provided exceptional leadership, direction, and management for their finance team. Prior to that, he served as a Tax Manager at a Public Accounting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Finance from the University of Tirana and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Lehman College.
