Hedge fund Eversept Partners renewed its lease for the 22nd floor (7,207 sq ft), Financial research firm Project Pluto leased the 40th floor (5,378 sq ft), Arc Group Securities leased the 33rd floor (2,131 sq ft), and JSB Capital Group leased the 28th floor (3,382 sq ft).
